UK packaging super-site opens to provide world-class manufacturing resource

Excelsior Technologies has commenced operations at a new £20million, 8.5 acre super-site which represents the UK's biggest single investment in flexible packaging for decades.

Re-use Valuable Resources

A great deal of flexible packaging used for products like food and meat will inevitably have to be disposed of when it is finished with. But this doesn’t mean that we don’t re-use or recycle at every opportunity when Excelsior manufactures packaging products.

Even the scrap trimmings from the flexible films that we make are re-used or reprocessed to get the best results for the environment. We also know that large factories and offices like ours are big consumers of day-to-day materials such as paper, so we work hard to make sure that this doesn’t go to landfill site where it is lost for ever.
