Excelsior Technologies has commenced operations at a new £20million, 8.5 acre super-site which represents the UK's biggest single investment in flexible packaging for decades.

Research and Development

Flexible packaging offers outstanding opportunities for innovation. Our highly experienced technical and production teams are available to carry out dedicated research and development projects for customers in order to bring innovative new packaging solutions to their markets.

We can advise upon, develop and test new substrates and multi-layer films and foils, offer advanced printing options to enable unique combinations of pack style and market appeal and create new combinations of laminates and finishes to enhance pack performance for your particular products and markets linked to your critical performance and functionality parameters.

Fast prototyping will prove the design, durability and fitness-for-purpose of your packaging and will lead to a tailored production route utilising the most advanced high speed production processes.
